I would recommend booking through TravelOnline and I would definitely book again through TravelOnline. I found the service was excellent, the follow up service was speedy and precise, whether it was via email or phone calls. Nothing was a problem, I was a little hesitant booking online but it was in some cases easier and faster than through a travel agent. I did shop around for comparison prices and found TravelOnline to be the best quote. I would like to thank Danielle Swane for her courteous and professional manner in handling my booking. Thank you.

Excellent service from the time I booked in February until we came home. We had a delayed flight from Canberra and Joanna was fantastic in contacting the airport transfer people and the resort in Fiji on our behalf to explain that we would be arriving the next day. Joanna is also helping us in our travel insurance claim as a result. I have already recommended you to friends and work mates and would definitely book with TravelOnline again. The packages you offer are very well priced, well organised, communication between your consultants and the customer are excellent and the booking process is very easy to follow.

excellent service - vouchers provided were of good use, timely paper work etc. Should have been better if could have given some information about hotel rooms which are not worth staying- a feedback has been sent.
