Huge shout out to Clare who helped me clarify my jumbled thoughts into a smooth clear thinking process when booking my Vanuatu holiday. I was torn between a number of resorts, and Clare walked me patiently through each process. We had a wonderful stay, and it was a great choice to stay at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Vila. Clare also organised travel insurance for us, much appreciated peace of mind. The airport pick up and transfer went very smoothly, nothing to think about, we could just relax. Highly recommend booking through TravelOnline for your next overseas holiday.

Thank you, excellent service. I booked and paid for a night at The Crown Towers Hotel for my husbands birthday, unfortunately he got admitted to hospital that morning. Thankfully Louise was able to rearrange another night a few weeks later. We had a very nice belated birthday on the weekend. Would highly recommend travel online! So easy to use and navigate! Prices were awesome! The staff were so helpful and everything we needed was emailed the very next day! Will will definitely be using travel online again!

Service was excellent and the trip went without a hitch.
The only thing we did not receive was a cold towel and water during our transfer from and to the airport.
This was not a big deal with the air conditioned vehicle.

My trip to Bali was great. I have never booked through a travel agent before, much less an online travel agent but I found everything was great.
The transfers we're on time, the hotel was amazing with some great room inclusions, wonderful staff.
Only negative was I didn't get the room upgrade as advertised.
The bonus inclusions we great also.
I would book another trip with Travel Online.

Will definitely use Travel Online again.
The only negative to mention is, I sent two seperate emails asking a simple question regarding my booking and both were left unanswered. However, after picking up the phone and speaking to a very helpful woman, my question was quickly answered without any dramas.

The whole process was so streamline and not one bump,every concern I had was put rest with the ease of a phone call,all paper was emailed through for us to print - at every destination was no fuss check in with all our details there and in order....Thankyou to Lisa and Claire for making our first holiday booked online so easy and answering all my questions.(even if some were silly ones????)
We will definitely book with Travelonline.com again with out hesitation...
