I have just used Travelonline for a 7 Night Holiday to Bali for 3 Ladies.
Could not fault the service given and the price with airfares (Garuda) and
many other inclusions was definitely a good deal.
I have booked a Xmas special also with Travelonline and will keep my eye out for that next Bali trip next year.

Great service from Clare Wilkinson!

Was my first time booking with Travelonline and was not sure what to expect.

Was a last minute booking and even though hotel was not available on the Saturday night.
Clare made sure we could book in on the Sunday and promptly dealt with the hotel and paperwork.

No problems at the hotel when booking in.
Everything was dealt with efficiently.
Would defenitely book again and will recommend Travelonline to friends.

Thank you so much for such an easy travel booking. These guys were great, when my husband got sick in Bali, and needed a change of room - I couldn't get hold of the hotel direct, I contacted Kelly at Travel online to see if they could help with contacting with the hotel on our behalf. One of Kelly's associates action-ed my email immediately and helped organise a change of room within the hour. I can't speak highly enough of the service that was offered, and I will definitely be using these guys again to help book any future holidays.
Their pricing is competitive, but more importantly their service is SUPERLATIVE.
I would have given 10 Stars if I could

I liked the prompt replies to emails, and the fact that it is based in Australia and you can actually deal with a person.

I liked booking wiht Travelonline - normally book with a local travel agent. I just felt that I had to email a few too many times with regard to when we received our vouchers etc - but I understand that our travel agent appointed was sick or perhaps doesnt work full time and this stressed me a little as I am an organised person.
Apart from that I was more than impressed with Travelonline and would book with them again.

Website is easy to navigate with accurate pricing. Consultant was quick with replies. Flights, transfers, accomodation all were booked with no problems. Have used them before and would use them again.

Everything you arranged was absolutely perfect. That was the second holiday you have organised for me where everything ran like clockwork.

The service provided was very good. Very easy to book. Consultants answered all my queries quickly. Everything was organised and we had a wonderful holiday.
