Quick to respond to queries, good communicaton etc

This was our first time booking online and frankly, couldn’t be happier. I always spoke directly with helpful friendly staff, particularly Claire. Any little hiccups were sorted promptly. Everything went smoothly and as planned from airport transfers to massages. Would definitely use Travelonline again and happily recommend to friends and family.
