Travelonline was great,especially Lisa our consultant,who answered every question and request we made,also it was the first time I had made a holiday booking on line .Lisa was helpful understanding and patient with our quesries and changes etc. Thanking you Lisa. The Hotel package (Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket was lovely,large airy good facilities location etc,but the Hotel itself looking a bit tired in need of an update. Staff very helpful,restaurants only mediocre,not enough to choose from and no changes , and food nothing to rave about,also many many children running riot in the dining rooms!!!!! For us it was wonderful because we had a wonderful reunion with our family from another part of the world,so it was ideal for that. The beach was beautiful but far too rocky to swim in,however the many pools weere superb Thanking you all at Travelonline.

We highly recommend. Four of us travelled together to Fiji and had a well planned and executed trip. Communication was no hassles. We hope to travel again soon.

Highly recommend! Smooth and easy transactions. Only one downfall, there is a delay of you have question/concern in response, but if you know in advance you can be prepared. I will definitely be using this service again. BONUS, I got a free beach bag on arrival at hotel, I love it, was a great little surprise, plus that's how our driver found us on last day for airport transfer (it's the little things)!

Everything organised as promised- just a couple of things .. didn't realise we had a stopover in Adelaide so meant lots of getting off and on of planes as sister is from Victoria and me from Qld. We decided to fly from Sydney when in hindsight should have opted to go straight to Adelaide had we known. And secondly did not realise Finns club was not at the same site as accommodation. Perhaps a little more transparency would have been good. All in all we hade a nice holiday. Thank you.
