Yes I would recommend TravelOnline. Response time was a bit slow but understand due to high volume of correspondence due to cyclones in Vanuatu.

Wasn't sure how this would pan out as we have never booked anything with Travelonline before.
We were very happy as it was well organised and got everything we were expecting.
So good that we have booked another trip to Hamilton Island.Hope it's just as good.

I found travel online, very easy to deal with, always prompt in replies to emails, no problem in receiving our documents before our trip,. I would recommend and will probably use again for other trips in the future.

This is the first time I have EVER used a travel agent as I always book stuff myself, flights, hotel tours, cruises, I usually do it all myself. This experience with TravelOnline has me thinking I will change to an agent for all my future holidays.
