Our experience with Emma and Travel Online has been nothing short of exceptional. We originally booked a holiday to Bali in 2023, but unfortunately, my husband fell ill, and we had to cancel. From the moment we reached out, the team at Travel Online were incredibly understanding and supportive. They kindly allowed us to move our holiday to this year (2024), and we finally got to enjoy our much-anticipated trip to Bali.

Throughout the entire process, Emma was professional, responsive, and always lovely to deal with. She made everything so easy for us, handling all the details seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. We were so impressed with travel on line our holiday was seamless, from our flights on time transfers so professional accommodation we couldn't of asked for more , we will use travel on line again for our next family holiday

The whole booking procedure was seamless and it was great to have a pick up and drop off service too. It took a while to find my driver at Bali airport on arrival but that's probably because I missed the sign. Recommended. .
