Overall great resort and location
Room furniture needs upgrading

We Stayed for 3 nights we received an upgrade on the accommodation and a bottle of wine for my birthday was a great resort and can't wait to head back some time soon!
Was very disappointed with room and balcony took photos if you wish to see them the bed was falling apart no were to sit comfortably but the staff were very nice that was the only good point unfortunately wont go back Regards Linda Ladds
The rooms and pool areas of the resort were fabulous, however we really expected a bit more from the Peppers brand. Some of the restaurant staff were rude and it was an effort for them to even refill our water glasses. The Peppers app they encourage you to use didn't work properly, we ordered pool side food and drinks but after an hour we chased this up and were told the order didn't go through, even though I received an email confirming the order was received.
By day 4 our mini bar still hadn't been replenished so we had to ask for this to be done.
There were lots of other minor issues which didn't spoil our holiday, I guess we just expected more from a supposed 5 star Peppers branded resort.
They had us at the entrance...it was like walking into another world. A very tranquil, relaxing resort. We were pleasantly surprised at reception when we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was wonderful with a bonus being the view. Overall fabulous!
Best location in Palm Cove - highly recommend to stay Spa Penthouses facing the beach!
My husband and I have been traveling to visit my family in the Cairns/Port Douglas region for 15 years ... this is definitely the best (but not the most expensive) place we have stayed with our kids (our youngest is almost 5 years old). The overall experience was unbeatable - every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The pool was especially fantastic for our daughter, and we loved having a proper kitchen in our apartment. We will return.
Great location resort but as we have found with a few Australian resorts was let down by the service. Room was cleaned but not restocked with glasses/minibar items ect. We waited an entire day to get it freshened up which is too long. The room itself was beautiful. An ocean view spa room. Highly recommend paying a little extra for a super view
Well organised place of stay . Staff friendly.
Very relaxing holiday, The pool area was fantastic. The weather was great (end of November) and it wasn't too busy so able to get a pool lounge easily where we wanted. Hotel staff were fantastic - happy and smiling the whole time (5 days) we were there. Would recommend to friends and probably will be back.
A beautiful location and a great resort. Customer service was fantastic and great set-up for a family.
I would return to both Palm Cove and Peppers Resort.
