Lovely rooms and awesome staff.
location service all was fantasic
Centara itself was great. Extremely clean & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good, so many options. Dinner was expensive. Hotel was in the middle of lots street markets. Not a huge range of restaurants. However neon night market was less than 10 minutes walking.
Great but needs a Pool to combat the heat.
good location for first timers, great breakfast, good service and very good for information as to where to go and where not to go good experience over all
should provide slippers and robe
The views over Bangkok were incredible. The rooms were lovely, although small. The beds were super comfy and the staff very helpful. The big let down was the "pool". It is actually a pond of about 50cm depth - it looks beautiful but a pool it ain't!
Location was great - right in the action - within walking distance to big shopping centres and markets.
We absolutely loved our stay at Centura Watergate Pavillion. The location was perfect - across the road from wholesale shops, & right in the heart of Bangkok. The service was exceptional, the food was lovely, the rooftop bar was luxury & the Reception area & outdoor water feature area was 5*.
