Heartland Hotel Queenstown Reviews

I stayed here with my daughter on a low-key, budget ski holiday. It was everything we needed. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms are a little tired, but still good value for money especially if you're out skiing every day. But they were clean, comfortable and quiet and served our needs. Drink voucher and food credit was a bonus too. Easy enough to walk to town and close to ski shuttle stops as well. No complaints. Thank you.

A little bit worn at the edges, but good sized rooms for families, in a decent location close of amenities (though it seems everywhere in Queenstown involves a hill climb). Staff go out of their way to assist; sometimes needed a prompting for housekeeping but they'd attend to issues straight away. Reasonably quiet for the location.

Well maintained cute and warm room. Serviced daily. 2 minute walk to town centre and to mountain transfers. Will be back

This was my 4th trip to Queenstown , I had a great time as usual the amenities were ok just probably needded a few extra draws put in the wardrobe for storage as there was not much to offer.
No brochure in the room about the hotel at all unless you physically turned onto the scenic suites channel.
Very minor points stay was a 4/5

The location of the heartland hotel was perfect, with just a short walk down the road to the city center. The staff went above and beyond and our rooms were cleaned daily. great view of the water and mountains. Highly recommend!

The rooms need a refresh. Location was excellent and right on the egde of town.

I would have not hesitation in staying again

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Accommodation was clean and well serviced.

Staff were very friendly and lovely. They made sure that we had everything we needed and ensured that every person staying at the facility knew about the daylight savings change. The rooms were clean and very warm and situated so close to the center of town, it was a very short walk in to everything we needed. Highly recommend the Heartland Hotel.
