After a few initial hiccups, the process was seamless once we stuck with and only dealt with our consultant Nicole. I recommend researching exactly what you want plus a backup plan as dates/rooms are limited with most preferences only being 'on request' until being confirmed. I recommend always asking for your consultant even though everyone can assist. Thankyou Nicole. We will book through you again
