I have used Joanna before and she is right onto it. Can't fault her service and have passed on to many people to try travel online. I wouldn't book any other way, it's so easy.

Really easy to use, quick responses from staff and a great deal which I could not beat on other sites. Will definitely use the site again.

All items actioned promptly. Thanks for organising our trip. We enjoyed it immensely. This was our first time to Bali and first time overseas for 20+ years so it was great it went so well.

Some suggestions for you to consider to improve your overall service may be to add info for first time travellers to Bali. Eg. A hints and tips sheet to help with things like.
Payment of charges in/ out of the country.
Water quality and how to be careful on this.
Potential tours and attractions to be considered. Even booking ahead for some of these.

After filling out the information online, everything happened very quickly and obviously the property was also notified as the pick up from the airport was booked and the property was waiting for my arrival.

I've travelled fairly extensively over the past 15 years using several different Travel Agents but wish to compliment your Company for both the efficient, obviously well trained, staff and the speed at which they are able to access information from what has to be a very good computer system. Would definitely book with TravelOnline again. We have always used face to face travel agents, this was the first time we have booked online and we did not have any hassels at all. We stayed at multiple hotels and had multiple transfers with special requests and everything was spot on. TravelOnline is the cheapest we have found, hassel free and all requests completed accurately.
