Definitely book with Travelonline again

got what we wanted, good communication. Only down side which had nothing to with travel on line, day of departure we were delayed by four hours, received an e-mail from Virgin airline telling us not to arrive at airport till later the day after our travel.

Highly impressed with the quick 'turnaround' of documentation from "Travelonline/Fusion Holidays" from first online contact to receipt of Travel Voucher,( with an added surprise of an automatic "upgrade" to a 'Deluxe Hotel Room' ) - Thank-you!

I've never booked through an agent before usually choosing to do it myself, but the offers from TravelOnline were too good to beat. The service provided by Annaleise was fantastic. Everything I asked for was done including adding our SPG membership to our booking at Westin Denauru Island and my Qantas Frequent Flyer to my flight. The whole process was so easy. We had to change our South Sea Island tour due to a cyclone off the coast off Fiji but the vouchers all worked and the staff at the cruise company had no difficulties adjusting our vouchers. Just a fantastic trip. The only complaint is that I had to come home. Will be booking through here again for a return trip to Fiji next year. Thanks :)

I was initially nervous about using an online agent but my doubts were completely unfounded.
