Friendly, helpful & price competitive. Overall excellent service but the only reason why not 5 stars because flight times kept changing & vouchers printed with errors re passenger details & flights.
But yes if provide a good deal would book again & recommend .

I can thoroughly recommend your service. It's the first time I had ever used an online service to book a holiday and would do so again. I guess the only thing is with a travel agent they normally recommend places they have experienced themselves, it's hard to see something on line and think it looks great but reality can be something quite different. Which is what we found with the all seasons. And yes we would book with you again, but would research it a lot more.

Airport transfer company was also very good, as well as organising day trips for us.
Paperwork for the stay and knowledge of travelonline discounts at resort was a little unclear with staff, but everything worked out ok in the end. Massages and airport transfers included in deal were all with different companies off-site from the resort which was a little confusing but also worked out ok.
This could have also been my lack of travel experience on both counts!!
