We would use you again. Service is easy to book and tailor. Follow ups were useful and not intrusive.
Not Like:
When booking I had to keep going to tripadvisor to look at the 'true' quality of the hotel and it's facilities. This is fine, just made the whole process take longer.

This is not the first time i have used Travel Online, i actually think it is the third or fourth time?! I continue to go through Travel Online as the pacakge deals are very competitive, the payment options are convenient for me, it's easy, and if I have had any concerns staff are always very helpful and respond quickly - either by phone or email.

I had no problem whatsoever with your service. Everything ran smoothly, including the transport was on time for both pick up at Denpasar and return to the airport. Would definitely use you again and would recommend to anyone your services.

Travel was completely hassle free. Every stop had someone waiting to direct us which was fantastic. After spending quite a lot of money on food we would be looking for a better accommodation/food package next time.

We had a great time. Everything that was booked was very well organized.
We had one small glitch on the way home. When we got to Phuket airport in the early hours we where told that our flight to Kualur Lumpur had been cancelled. Had to wait for another flight.

Hi Lisa, thanks for providing us with a package for our stay at the Ramada Camakila. We were picked up from the air port on our arrival and the staff were brilliant. The hotel was every thing the brochures say it is absolutely lovely, the room was spacious and clean with a great view. Our complementary massage at the day spa was superb. We will defiantly stay at this hotel again and use your services and have already recommended booking through travel online .Thanks for a lovely stay kind regards Stephen and Mary Walker
