Yes we would certainly book with travelonline.com again and recommend to family and friends. As infrequent travelers, Clare Wilkinson made all our bookings co-ordinate perfectly and was very accommodating when significant changes had to be made. Thank you.

The service was great - no hassles during or prior to the trip, and I got some general important advice on what to expect. So I would book with Travel Online again. With regards to the particular hotel - it was a great deal, but it's unlikely that it will be matched next year, since it was an initial promotion from the takeover by Hilton. But I would certainly be on the lookout for similar deals in the future, especially in the Pacific. Fiji overall is probably the best location to travel with little kids - all those kids clubs and wonderful nannies!

Laura Dunley was very helpful through out the whole booking experience. It was my first time booking flights and accomodation on line, so I was a little worried with it all. What I was very impressed with is you guys had an option if we needed to , to actually contact someone to speak to. Laura was there to confirm and answer any questions I had for her.

Our booking was done very efficiently. We were kept informed as to the steps needed to secure easer action at Carnarvon Wilderness Lodge. We have been very happy with the whole procedure and the good service from Travel on Line and will recommend this company to any friends planning to go to Carnarvon Gorge.
