Jodie was very helpful and the booking process was very easy. She answered all my questions and helped with changes to the advertised deal. I will definitely book through Travelonline again and also recommend to my friends.

The service was okay, with quick answers to emails. We had some problems with the international bank transfer, but it all worked out well.

Clare was very helpful and answered all questions. Only real complaint was description of property was misleading. No sandy beaches where we stayed. I would book with Clare again would just independently research property before booking

Effortless, and went without a hitch. We would both recommend travel online and next time we are looking to travel we would definitely get a quote from you. The only thing I would have liked was a basic list of what to expect and things to avoid in Fiji. i.e. tourist traps like booked transfers to Sigatoka markets, places to shop to avoid the exorbitant pricing for tourists. Villages to visit that are tourist traps. Places to avoid with kids (Suva after dark). I would have given 4.5/5 but it doesn't allow 1/2 stars.

Yes, but I will not encourage people to travel Jetstar international. No in flight entertainment unless you pay for it and meals not included. No blanket or cushion offered. The plane sounded like it was about to fall apart when taking off.
But seriously impressed with My Phuket Holidays who you organised our shuttle through. They sent a representative to help us book any tours we wished to do over there. Her name was Joy and she was fantastic. We would definitely encourage family and friends to use Travelonline.com.
