Overall my experience with Travel online was great!
all my emails were answered and attended to in a timely manner. The only one bad thing was I found out our complimentary massage was not at the resort where I thought it would be it was in town somewhere and you had to call up to book was the only inconvenience.
due to it not being at the resort and running out of time we unfortunately didn't get the chance to use this voucher which was a little disappointing
however everything else was great our transfers from the air port was fine and my totally experience with Travel online was good
we will definitely book through you guys again and have already recommended your site to family and friends

My first experience with travel online and won't be the last. My mum and dad use and recommended them to me and I can see why. Wanting to stay in Bali a little longer as my parents had just arrived rang Rochelle from travel online whom had my accommodation booked and confirmed within 30 minutes ,wth a cheaper deal than the actual hotel could do as well as including breakfast every morning and a day care spa package in cost. Cannot reccomened them highly enough , service was outstanding and this was doing it by phone text from Bali .thankyou Rochelle and travel online

I could not fault your service. I had the flight details and e tickets also hotel vouchers and pick up vouchers emailed 2 days after confirmation. I would definitely book with you again when planning a trip and would recommend you to our friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and had no problems at all.
Hopefully we will be doing another in the not too distant future.

We are thrilled with our booking through Travel Online. We received all our documents and everything was arranged with regards to pick ups etc. all went hassle free and the drivers which picked us up were fabulous and so helpful.
