I used travelonline for Jayakarta Bali before and got the best deal around. This time I found them the best deal for Sunwing BangTao beach and Patong Merlin in Phuket. Kelly or someone on her behalf answer questions quickly by email or someone answers the phone if desperate to call. On top of the best value deal compared to the likes of wotif, trivago or hotels direct you may also get to choose a bonus such as city tour or massage. Weve already booked Fiji for next year for half of our trip being Plantation Island but this time they could not match a direct booking with a Coral Coast one even though I enquired about price match policy - this was due to the price not being an australian company - thought it was worth a shot as would have preferred to give them my business but you gotta take the best deal.. Highly recommend travelonline

we received excellent advice from Kelly in regards to our options for our holiday . we took his advice- splitting our time between ubud and legian in bali. so glad we did. we had an amazing holiday and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Louise Toomey did a fantastic job organising our hotel, transport in between and has a great taste on places to stay. She was very responsive and prompt to any changes needed and any questions. I am very happy with the experience she provided and will mosdef be using her services for future bookings.

We would highly recommend travel online. Service was exceptional and value for money. All our transfers went like clockwork and we were transferred by new vehicles with good drivers, prompt and very courteous. The speed boat was beautiful and new. Great communication when we arrived at our destinations to and from. Too good to be true. We will definitely use Travelonline again and recommend to everyone.

Great experience with travel online! Everything went well from booking through payment and the trip itself. The travel online staff were very responsive to our requests and I would definitely book with them again!
