Super helpful information; fast and easy booking process; flawless experience with airport transfers/hotel booking. Bonuses such as 4 hour Phuket tour and $100 room  credit was a bonus - made our holiday so much more enjoyable!!!!

Very easy to book and very clear and concise instructions and information. It was Great value for money. This is the second booking and won't be the last. I found it a very pleasant and overall satisfying process with great variety of destinations and times offered. I had a query about a ferry that was being serviced and we were relocated on a later ferry to the island. After one phone call and inquiry to get onto an earlier one it was sorted with in 5 mins and done. That meant we could enjoy our stay as intended and really felt the team helped and provided us with the best alternative when asked.

I found Kristy & everyone we dealt with extremely helpful. We had to make an unexpected change to our travel dates & while that was expensive it was understood by us, the team including Kristy help facilitate us making the change, smoothly & efficiently. We also left a phone in the car that trf us to the airport heading home. The driver went well beyond his duty which enabled us to recover the phone. Just brilliant. I'd definitely use this company again the future.

We had the most lovely stay at intercontinental resort. The staff went all the way to make us welcomed and make sure we are comfortable.
The rooms are super clear, spacious and the bathtub in the balcony was a luxurious experience.
Spa and massage was fantastic. Welcome drink and necklaces by staff was so great,
The main reason for the 5 star however goes to the staff!They are everywhere and make you to enjoy the most out of your holiday.
The food specially the breakfast was great.
