What a great package! Everything delivered as promised. Only issue was staff at check in didn't have full knowledge off all of our inclusions so check in took a while to get all that sorted, but that wasn't the fault of travel online.

I have booked two trips with you guys this year, and multiple trips pre covid, never had an issue with all bookings, have highly recommended travelonline as a great company to go with to friends and colleagues. Friends like the fact you can book a holiday online and have a choice to talk to a consultant to discuss travel plans, issues etc.

Over almost a decade you have become our go to travel agent for family holiday bookings. This was our first holiday in NZ, but as usual you had the best priced holiday packages that best suited our family's needs. Loved the ability to add on or remove different parts of the package to suit us. Your agents were very responsive and helpful, as they always have been.
