This is the first time I used Travelonline and I must admit, I was apprehensive at the start. With so many scammers offering best travel deals, I took the risk and booked my accommodation. It was not only the most affordable but the best for my accommodation needs. WAHI has a pool spa which enabled me to do my hydrotherapy sessions during our stay there. Kristy managed my booking and it was a breeze. Even the airport transfers was included in the accommodation offer. Thank you, Kristy! My husband and I had a wonderful trip.

Great Service. Received all necessary paperwork/vouchers on time. Had no problems from start to leaving Aus. It was a nice surprise that a Travel Consultant from My Thailand visited us on the 2nd day to make sure we had settled in and to confirm our transfer back to the airport on final day and to arrange our 4 hours tour and any other tours we wanted to take.
