The service I received was exceptional. The drivers in Bali were polite, punctual and very helpful.
It was a lovely touch to receive a little travel bag when we arrived so that came in handy whilst holiday and was a lovely gesture

Easy to deal with and fast responses to queries. Everything was arranged as planned and although our tour was cancelled due to weather we were offered a different tour or refund which was helpful. I would recommend to others and also use travelonline again!
