RIMBA by AYANA Bali Reviews

We have stayed at Rimba by Ayana several times & keep coming back each year to a blissful & carefree holiday. The staff & facilities never cease to amaze us. The training of staff is of the highest standard as they pay attention to every detail. I cannot fault Rimba by Ayana as guests have access to the entire Ayana Estate in an absolutely idyllic setting.

Thank you to all the staff at Rimba. They were all so friendly and always ready to assist! Breakfast was amazing too!!!

We had a great time at the Rimba! Our rooms were incredible and every single meal (across all restaurants in both hotels) were amazing. The facilities including the grounds, pools and fitness centre (which actually made working out bearable) were fantastic, but what we will always remember was the staff. Friendly, helpful and always willing to offer assistance - they were the star attraction, right from the groundskeepers through to housekeeping and the front office staff. They were amazing.

Very attentive staff, great rooms and newly built. Amazing pools and bonus that you can use all of Ayana facilities as well, including having breakfast there.

The only suggestion for improvement I can make is to insulate connecting doors to rooms a bit better. I was woken up by loud talking and laugher once (staff resolved it when I asked) .

All in all though a wonderful experience.

Had a good stay at Rimba. Not much to do around the area but Ayana and Rimba have a lot of options to be explored. The staff needs a mention, they go out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable and we were no exception. Rini at front door always greets the guests with a charming smile, be it any time of the day. The rooms are spacious and the restaurants are good at Rimba and Ayana.

We loved our stay at rimba and will hopefully be back at some stage. A great place to end our holiday with our 14 month old in bali.
