Drive just under 2 hours from Denpasar Airport and discover this naturally beautiful area in the hills in the centre of Bali, surrounded by rice paddies, waterfalls, eclectic galleries, temples and shops.
With just 6 rooms, Bisma Cottages Ubud offers simplicity and tranquillity in a small, boutique resort environment. Each room features air conditioning, free WiFi and a balcony overlooking the tropical gardens or neighbouring rice paddies. Choose from the standard Cottage with its Javanese decor, to the more modern Deluxe Cottages which also feature a four poster bed.
Bisma Cottages Ubud features resort facilities such as a swimming pool with sunbeds, free parking, book library as well as tea and coffee station and purified water station. Although a restaurant is not located on site, this Bali accommodation is a short walk from dining venues, shops and day spas in the vibrant local street. Located on ground level, these rooms are styled in traditional Javanese Joglo design and overlook the tropical gardens. Room size 30m². Bedding is 1 Queen Bed (twin bedding on request). Maximum capacity is 2 Adults & Children.
Deluxe Cottage
Located on ground level and first floor, these rooms are situated at the rear of the property, and are styled with more contemporary décor and feature views over the rice paddies. Room size 38m². Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 1 Sofa Bed. Maximum capacity is 3 Adults OR 2 Adults & 2 Children.
2 Bedroom Cottage
This room category is two connecting cottage rooms. The rooms have garden views and are close to the swimming pool. They are connected via the same balcony, there is no internal connecting door. Bedding is 2 Queen Beds. Maximum room capacity is 6 Adults & Children.

Traditional
Ubud wasn't what we expected being super busy
We guessed more rural
Unfortunately time didn't work out to go to the famous rural sites but enjoyed Monkey forest which we could walk to fro Bisma Cottages
Local restaurants were great one had traditional dancing
