Lovely place to stay, with plenty of activities for the kids. Highly recommend
Very hectic and long wait in breakfast line. Staff very efficient and food great once seating available.
It was a lovely property to stay at. We received an upgrade which I thought would be better located, I'm not sure what the original booking would of being if this is what and upgrade was. I would of thought an upgrade on a property like this would be water views.
Great Stay...understand it was school holidays...suggest that scooters not allowed around pool, restaurant and foyer area
Our stay at Twin Waters was very nice and great value with the online deal through Travel Online. We went as a couple but would love to take our children in the summer.
Accommodation was good although foldout bed for my daughter gave her a sore back. Did kayaking and bike hire and walked around the lagoon and was all good. My daughter wants me to take her back and take a friend with her.
The facilities for the kids are fantastic and the fact that the bar overlooks the entire area meant that mum and dad could enjoy themselves too!
Welcoming friendly staff, bit of a walk to some of the rooms, so if you're taking the children don't forget the bikes or scooters (even though you can hire bikes from the resort). Meals overall, mostly buffet style, from the restaurant were above average, plenty to choose from & breakfasts especially good. Happy hour only included a few drinks to choose - If it's happy hour shouldn't everything be available at a happy price, just for the hour!? All inclusive water sports on the lagoon were great. If you are celebrating a special occasion they have plenty of "private" beaches to celebrate. Resort could do with another pool, or an adults only pool. Overall great location, good food, room was a resort (studio) room, clean and adequate. they have rooms on the lagoon which from the outside looked nice. Really glad we stumbled across this place and will stay there again.
We had a fantastic time at the Novotel Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast. The atmosphere of the property was truly uplifting. We all had a \"holiday' in the true sense of the word. The activities for the children were well organised and everybody and everything was welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious and everything clean and well maintained. thankyou
Good place to go and unwind. Pity weather was not great. Had a relaxing time.
The lagoon is fantastic for families - the kids enjoyed kayaking and sailing. There is a patrolled beach just minutes away, because it's a bit further along from Mooloolaba/Maroochydore, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves.
