Regarding TravelOnline, we have only positive remarks about the service we received. Your consultants were available when needed and consistently provided helpful assistance. Everything quoted was delivered, and the personnel from Fusion Travel efficiently organized our airport pickups. Once again, we experienced excellent service, as we have on previous holidays booked through TravelOnline. Found using Travel Online the best option for us as we hadn't been to Thailand and didn't know where go or stay and there always seems to be great specials.
Sometimes found email communication difficult as we were open to options and suggestions but the quote is generated off the information we entered and would have been nice to have the person contact.
It was such a stress relief to have transfers pre-organised and our travel contact, Grace, in Thailand was lovely and helpful. I could contact her via Whatsapp with any questions I had over the whole two week trip.
Overall a great experience with Natasha, Travel Online. I would recommend and use again.

This is the first time we have used Travelonline and what a wonderful experience. We arrived in Bali and were met at the airport by the driver of our hotel transport, he was very friendly and welcoming, when we got to his car we were given bottles of cold water and a shoulder tote bag as a welcome gift, what a nice surprise. We arrived at Padma Resort and had a wonderful time there, our flight home was cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred. We stayed 3 extra days and the airport transport company were in constant contact with us about our pick up date and time. It was a great experience to use Travelonline and we will definitely use them again, excellent value for money.
