The online booking was easy and comprehensive. I have recommended it to other travelers already.

All of the bookings went flawlessly, including air transport, transfers and accommodations. We moved from one resort to another as planned. We also had meal plans and other features booked at one of the resorts. All of this was taken care of with no worries.

Everything fell into place all bookings were great even managed to get a room upgrade on arrival to a beach front room which was great to wake up in Fiji and look straight out to the ocean and more islands. Very pleased thankyou

Communication was excellent! Working all day every weekday being able to sort everything by email was important. This was done promptly and effectively each time.

The service from Travel Online (Kylie) was fantastic. The way the website is laid out made everything so easy. We knew what costs we were up for from the very beginning and we were able to look at alternate options before locking anything in. Vouchers were emails through to us shortly before our date of departure and everything went smoothly. Would most definitely use this site again when booking my next holiday!!!
