The service was efficient and effective and consultants very helpful. The only difficulty I encountered was the delay between applying for a particular booking, and then being told that it wasn't available, and having to apply again and wait again for another property rather than being able to be told about availability more quickly. Nevertheless I would happily book through you again.

I loved the fact that bookings etc were booked online and at my convenience, but I also loved the fact that I could ring and speak to someone if necessary, which I did to confirm something. Everything was so efficient and easy - thank you! I would definitley book with you again and recommend you in an instant! :)

Couldn't fault the service. Everything ran like clockwork. Check in at the Hotel was seamless and our booking was as it should be. Hotel transfers arrived on time or ahead of time & our free tour was amazing. Thank you for making our Holiday effortless

Yes I would definately use your service again. I emailed Emma whilst in Phuket because I didn't have the vouchers for a free massage which was included in the package. Emma emailed the vouchers the very next day. Great Service, thank you. Are there any specials for Phuket Graceland Resort for early to mid January 2015?

We had a great time our driver was waiting for us at airport and also when we were due to leave. Our appointment at the day spa was nothing short of wonderful a lovely place. All in all a great trip the only short fall is the traffic flow as you had to go back around through Kuta to get back to the hotel.

Excellent work - all connections and travel arrangements went without a hitch. Many thanks for making a memorable holiday stress-free. :)
