Great service from when you buy your package to the ground staff when you arrive. Grace in Phuket is fantastic

Communication was great and they were able to accommodate a special request (by forwarding to the resort) to have all of our party placed in rooms near to each other. Will be recommending Travel Online to others as the deal and price couldn't be beaten.

I was travelling alone overseas for the first time and the details from Emma and all at Travelonline were easy to follow and understand. Any questions I had were answered, and the travel documents came through when they were promised/ Definitely took a few of the nerves away.

I was nervous at first dealing with a online travel agent, but the service from Travel Online was great. Kristy arranged everything for us, and was no problem when I changed pickup time. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived in Bali to take us to the Hotel. They gave us a handy beach bag when we're dropped off. Check in was easy with everything we had requested through the agent being past on. The extra vouchers that you get at the hotel through the travel agent make it value for money. Will not hesitate to use Travel Online again. Highly recommended 5⭐️ service

Everything was perfect, our private transfer (drivers) from pick up to drop off were on time polite & communicated via email when required. We had no issues at all and were very impressed with all the inclusions that were in our package. We have recommend Travel on Line to many people & I also thank Natash Rea-Harrison for easy communication via email that made our holiday an absolute breeze, definately will book another trip in the following year with Travel on Line, so much better value for money that an opposition company that we used to always use. Your response time and quality of the replies was great and much appreciated. hotel was also nice and clean and staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. team at the hotel decorated our room to help us celebrate our 30-year wedding anniversary. we got first preference for dinner and the show at the hotel. thank you once again. :):):)
