Love this resort for its simplicity, but still a little luxurious. Wonderful massages, food best highlight is there are no children. Adults only fabulous

Overall, we enjoyed our 7 day stay at Breakas Beach Resort. We had a bungalow room on the beach which provided a more authentic feel to staying in a motel like room. Certain areas could do with some maintenance, eg. pool tiles and other areas needing a bit of a re-paint. It is quite understandable though why these maintenance items aren't being done as visitor numbers have been down since covid and the recent earthquake (no cruise ships arriving). Staff were very friendly but you had to be patient for service around the kitchen and bar areas at times. I'd recommend using the local drivers who park out the front of the resort to show you the sights. Much cheaper than booking the tours and you can negotiate their services for the day. What you pay them is going back into their village rather than to the tour operators. The Fire show on a Friday night at the Beach Bar is a must see.
