Overall I received good customer service from your staff

Thankyou so much for the service you provided us for our holiday. Your professionalism was appreciated. You kept us informed for due dates for payment and when we had questions you responded promptly. We all had a great holiday staying at the Melasti, even though it was the first time we booked a holiday through travelonline it certainly wont be the last. Well done and a big thankyou to all. PS: I will not stay at the Griya again. Despite friendly and courteous staff, I found the meals and general services to be very ordinary.

I have recommended you already. I did try to get 2 quotes for our holiday but yours came so quickly I had booked through you before the other company got back to me.

The service given by TravelOnline and specificly your Bali office was exceptional.

I was very happy with my initial consoltation with Natalie regarding changing my details to original request. She was very accomodating and helpful making decisions to best suit.

Once in Bali I had changed my flight details regarding return trip to Perth. I contacted the Bali office to advising of change and requested if able change in pickup serivice location and time as I had also changed hotel accomodation. The Bali office was helpful and friendly and found that nothing was a problem. On my return trip (as with other pickups) was collected without any problems. On time and with friendly drivers.

On my next holiday I will be very happy to use TravelOnline again.
