Great communication. Was easy, everything happened as stated. You do need to access your vouchers so make sure you can access your emails overseas.

Highly recommend Travelonline. We originally booked for 2020 which was obviously cancelled due to covid. We rebooked again in late 2022 for 2023. They let us use our original deposit, advised us early and rearranged our accommodation when our original hotel closed for renovations. We received all our vouchers early and everything ran smoothly on our holiday. Transfers were on time and easy to find. Bonus tour was great. We would definitely use Travelonline again for booking a holiday.
