A bit outdated, average pool and breakfast
Had an awesome time at Kata Palms Resort and Spa. Room was perfect and very well serviced daily. Staff very friendly and food was amazing with a large variety. Staff waited on us so well we didn’t want to leave to come home. Highly recommend for everyone. Special thanks to Pauline at resort for going over and beyond for us.
Hotel is beautiful and staff were lovely, I came with my cousin & her 10 month old baby. They were extremely helpful and even took the bub for walks so she could eat without his helping hands.
Great location, close to beach but not too busy as some of the near by beaches such as patong.
Would definitely stay there again!
