We can't wait to return!
Katathani Phuket Beach Resort is a fabulous hotel. This was my second stay here and my family's first visit (2 x 18-year-olds, 1 x 14-year-old and 2 adults). Safe to say, it was our first family holiday in 10 years and we will absolutely be back!
This trip we stayed in 2 Junior Suites, which worked perfectly for our family. On a previous stay, we stayed in one of the Grand Suites, which was also fantastic.
We made use of all the resort amenities and loved reconnecting with the staff. The team here is truly exceptional — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. From the security staff to housekeeping and the food and beverage team, everyone genuinely wants guests to enjoy their stay and always greets you with a smile.
I stayed with the girls in May 2025 and again with family in May 2026, and it's been great to see the continued investment back into the resort. Last year included the new kids' pool areas, adult pools and upgrades to the Chom Talay restaurant. During this visit, renovations had just commenced on the Grand Suites, and we can't wait to see the finished result.
I would happily recommend both Katathani Phuket Beach Resort and The Shore at Katathani to anyone wanting a beautiful beachfront escape with a touch of luxury that still feels relaxed and unpretentious.

Paradise once again
Another great stay at Katathani Beach Resort. This was our 6th stay and we were treated to a birthday cake, late check-out and Gold Membership privileges. Feels like coming home every time we stay and the gardens, pools, beach, rooms and staff are wonderful. Chart is our favourite staff member and he goes above and beyond for us every time we stay. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere but Katathani when visiting Phuket in the future.
