The staff and the location are excellent.
The hotel is a little tired and needing a renovation - that was in the process of being done to some parts of the hotel.
Diamond Cliff Resort provided the perfect experience for us as it was our first visit to Phuket and so we did'nt know what to expect. The resort was clean and well maintained with an exceptional breakfast provided. The pool and pool bar were what was to be expected. The staff and room attendants were friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be visiting Phuket again and staying at this resort, even though it was a bit of a walk to the main shopping district.
First Morning going to breakfast, I injured my left foot when I missed the step and fell!
I was helped by the staff and quickly taken to the medical center, were x-ray and treatment where I was quickly attendant and was always supported from the staff at Diamond Cliff Spa and Resort!
