There are 11 separate treatment rooms including a wet treatment room, garden view therapy room, relaxation lounges, medication suite, hydrotherapy area, saunas, steam rooms and a state-of-the-art hair salon with makeup and retail also available.
Planet Trekkers Kids Club: Offering a fully supervised, year round service, the Planet Trekkers Kids Club at Hayman Island is exclusive to children aged 4-12 years (Under 4 years of age may use the club facilities under the supervision of a parent or babysitter). Designed to educate and entertain the little ones, daily themed programs and activities include arts and crafts, beach activities, fish feeding, cooking classes, dance lessons, nature walks and coconut bowling. There is a charge per session per child payable direst for the Planet Trekkers Kids Club.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We even managed to the climb the entire Loop! We enjoyed a Couple's Back Massage and also, a 1 hour Helicopter Flight over the Reef, Heart Reef and Whitehaven Beach.
We asked for our fridge and bar items to be taken away so that we had space to use in the fridge and this area. This was kindly done and very helpful to us. As we are in our 70's, we mostly eat very small meals at night and usually eat our main meal in the middle of the day. With the breakfast included, we decided to skip our usual lunch time practice of our main meal and we did not have any meals in the restaurants at night as we couldn't do the big meals justice. However, we did use the FIFTY facility, and AQUA facility before its early close on occasion. We also purchased some pre-wrapped food from the Cafe and kept it for night time. Would have liked to be able to get fish and chips at BAM BAM because we only used the heated pools and it meant we had to go all the way to AQUA to have fish and chips for an early dinner.
The moment I stepped off the ferry I was floored by this natural beauty called Hayman Island! Why haven't I come earlier? The hotel itself commands attention as its front and center around the beautiful flora, fauna and wildlife on the island. The room was lovely and the view absolutely stunning with the ocean just in front. Due to its sheer size, it felt like we were alone but when we visited the pools or dined out, we were surrounded by lovely travelers & staff. What can I say... it was a great vibe! Restaurants yum (shout out to Bam Bam), Spa Centre glorious, Pools devine but nothing can top the service received from reception all the way to wait staff that made it more fun when they took the time to have a chat. Keep up the amazing customer service!!!
