An old Hotel and a little outdated but still good, a great and helpful staff, however restaurant was closed for dinner

GREAT LOCATION AND BIG ROOMS
Loved that the location was an easy walk to town. Rooms are very big and very clean. Hotel is a little old but still very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again

Great hotel
Other than looking a little old and outdated, this hotel provided our family of 5 with a 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room, very comfy beds, clean, good sized kitchen a lounge room and great amenities, and friendly staff. It was perfect for our Queenstown skiing holiday. The food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious, it was close to town and had amazing views from every window. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.
