Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort offers a range of accommodation options to perfectly compliment the island's spectacular natural environment utilising an eco-friendly lifestyle concept with no interruptions from the outside world to disturb the peace including no telephones, televisions or radios. Resort facilities include a myriad of water sports, equipment and activities, as well as the Beachfront dining room, café and bar. Experience the natural beauty of the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef in comfort.

All rooms feature:

Eco Cabin
Situated within 20-30 metres of the lagoon, the Eco Cabins are safari style tents. Every cabin as a ceiling fan and louvers for maximum air flow as well as a furnished deck offering two chairs for added relaxation. The shared bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 metres away from the cabins. Bedding is 2 sets of Bunk Beds OR 1 Double Bed + 1 set of Bunk Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults & Children.
Garden Unit
Situated within 20-30 metres of the beach, the Garden Units are arranged in blocks of three, and feature polished timber floors, a ceiling fan, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar fridge. The ensuite bathrooms are complete with a shower, toilet and basin. Each unit has its own furnished balcony overlooking the grounds. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 1 set of Bunk Beds OR 1 Queen Bed. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults & Children.
Reef Unit
These units are arranged in blocks of three, and situated less then 10 metres from the beach and are the closest rooms to the Beachfront Dining room. Each of the units feature polished timber floors, a ceiling fan, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar fridge. The ensuite bathrooms are complete with a shower, toilet and basin. With a furnished balcony overlooking the water, you can relax and take in the stunning lagoon views. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed OR 1 Queen Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults & Children.
2 Bedroom Beachfront Unit
Each suite offers absolute beach frontage and features a great balcony with stunning lagoon views. Complete with separate air-conditioned lounge, other facilities include a kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, toilet and basin. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 4 Adults + 1 Child.
Dining
Sit back and relax at the Beachfront Dining Room and Lagoon Bar and enjoy the stunning ocean views. Buffet style meals are served in the Beachfront Dining Room, while the Lagoon Bar is the perfect location to unwind after a day of adventure and watch the sunset. Special dietary requires are catered for with advance notice.

Activities
As you would expect on a coral cay there are a lot of water-based activities to keep you entertained during the day. These include snorkelling, fish feeding and glass bottom boat tours. Out of the water, guests can enjoy guided day and night walks, star gazing, see turtle nesting and hatching tours (in season), or enjoy a game of volleyball, pool or choose from a selection of board games available.

Diving
Scuba Diving: is very popular on Lady Elliot Island. There are a number of dive sites that are a short boat trip from the resort or accessed from the beach. Lady Elliot Island Resort also have a PADI Dive Shop on island.
Children
Room Policy: 0 - 12 years.
Reef Rangers Club: This education activity operates with morning and afternoon sessions during Queensland and New South Wales public school holidays, suitable for children 5 - 12 years. Additional charges apply, payable direct.
Babysitting is also available at an additional charge, payable direct.
Getting There
Lady Elliot Island Resort charters daily scenic flight transfers from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast), Bundaberg, Gold Coast (Coolangatta) and Brisbane (Redcliffe) to Lady Elliot Island.

Idyllic Wildlife location
The various aquatic life was amazing and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The snorkelling tours were wonderful and allowed us to see what we went to see.

Exceeded expectations
Staff were wonderful. Everything was effortless and provided at a casual pace. The island is absolutely gorgeous. Every interaction was personable. Special call out to Jess who looked after us with our refresher dive and beyond. Looked out for us in the coming days, said hi and gave us a smile. Small gestures but they're the ones that make the big differences on a holiday right? The diving and snorkeling were mind-blowing. I don't usually revisit places but I just may make an exception with LEI!! Loved the digital de-tox! Didn't miss the socials at all. Surprise, surprise. Keep up the good work. Paul and Noelle
