Great for families and over the festive season
The hotel and staff were consistently kind, patient, welcoming, helpful and friendly.
It was an amazing place to celebrate Xmas and the year with our baby and young child.
Xmas was magical at the venue and I could not have done better myself from stockings with treats, Santa and an amazing buffet it was a great day. The decorations at the venue and family orientation were notable.
New years was the same with lots of celebrations and efforts by the hotel and their staff.
I loved the includition of our child in the traditional dancing by the hotel.. it really stood out as one of the best events.
The live music, traditional dancing, fire dancing, traditional songs, the beauty of the venue and the variety and quality of the food were stand out.
My kids will be asking to come
Back for months to come and I cannot wait to go back too.
Staff to note include Eka, Mere, Vena, Anu, Ala, the lovely ladies at the New Zealand ice cream shop and so many more who went over and above to make this such a great trio that my kids honestly did not want to leave. It has raised the bar in what we expect in our travels and venue and as a family of 4… the staff made us feel like we were part of a much larger group and they constantly looked out for us.
