We had booked several rooms (5) for a wedding for our couple. We had mentioned this was for a wedding. The rooms were spread in two different towers and away from each other.
As the flight from Australia arrives as 6:30am, arriving at the hotel est: 7:30am, there is a long wait for all families to check-in with small children from a long haul flight. There was no Welcome.
Once checked in, we had a messaged left on our phone to come get the welcome pack from welcome desk before 8pm. We went down at 7pm and was told, cannot give to you now as they were closing.
We missed out on how to book with the restaurants in the resort, the discounts from the shopping and all the other information.
The resort takes out the amount of security and resort fee from your account. (almost AUD $2000) we had to cover some of the guests so they had money on the trip.
Fantastic location - excellent for families
