Accommodation at qualia is set on a scenic hillside and offers 60 luxurious pavilions made from natural materials and enjoying spectacular views. Choose from the Leeward and Windward Pavilions or Beach House, each offering a fantastic range of amenities including sun decks or private plunge pools.
Exclusively for guests aged 16 years and over, qualia offers an exclusive range of onsite facilities including Long Pavilion and Pebble Beach Restaurants, bars, gymnasium, yoga centre, swimming pools and the resort's famous Spa qualia.
All Rooms Feature:
Leeward Pavilion: South facing studio style pavilion featuring a large sundeck with tropical landscape and Coral Sea Views. Room size is 90m². Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults.
Windward Pavilion: North facing one bedroom pavilion featuring a sundeck, private infinity plunge pool with expansive Coral Sea and Whitsunday Island views. Features a spacious living area. Room size is 120m². Bedding is 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults.
Beach House: Private and exclusive one bedroom pavilion featuring a 12 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, guesthouse with private deck & private ensuite bathroom boasting uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea. Kitchenette, gourmet mini bar and dining room. Room size is 240m². Bedding is 2 King Beds OR 4 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults.
The Long Pavilion: qualia's signature restaurant, Long Pavilion also incorporates a bar and library and features elegant dining surrounded by a still water pool running along its entire length.
Pebble Beach: An informal restaurant by the water's edge serving fresh and seasonal Australian produce in a contemporary yet casual Australian setting on the terrace or at the beachside cocktail bar.
Private and beach dining are also available.

Spa qualia: Spa qualia's menu is authentically Australian, incorporating treatments designed to rebalance mind and body and capture the essence of Australia and the Great Barrier Reef with product ranges from LI'TYA and Sodashi. Spa qualia enjoys six deluxe treatment rooms, a relaxation area, steam room, outdoor Vichy shower and an open air yoga and meditation pavilion
Located on Dent Island, the Hamilton Island Golf Club is the only Australian golf course on its own island and is one of the world's premier golf courses. The 18-hole 71 par course was designed by Peter Thompson, five-time British Open winner. Offering excellent facilities and panoramic views of the Whitsundays, the challenging course is a favourite with recreational and professional golfers alike.

Such a beautiful location, fantastic service and the best seafood platter I've ever eaten!
We had a wonderful and very relaxing time. We are already planning another trip to qualia same time next year!
We had the MOST amazing time at Qualia and it was worth every penny.
The welcome was so professional and warm, the rooms are amazing and we had a beautiful view – at first I was disappointed that we did not have a room with a pool but for the extra $525 a night for the personal pool however it absolutely did not matter as we spent everyday relaxing by the most magnificent infinity pool every day following a beautiful breakfast. In fact it is now our preference as we had waiters bringing us drinks and treats all day.
We also had a couples massage which was so relaxing ….by having this on the day after arrival meant we were set for a peaceful relaxing holiday.
The food was amazing at the long pavilion and you need to tell all your client to have the tasting menu on one of their nights – this was one of my highlights – we had it on our last night.
The staff were all accommodating dropping off and picking us up for any restaurants we went to outside the qualia precinct. Dinner at Bommies (Yacht club was also amazing).
We did the talk and tatse – Champayne and oysters and Wine and Cheese, which was $125 per person but we loved it.
