Renowned for snorkelling and diving with sharks, Barefoot Kuata Island Resort`s qualified Marine Biologists offer safe snorkelling and diving experiences with Fijian reef sharks. Travel 20 minutes by boat to Moia Reef to encounter local White Tip and Black Tip Reef Sharks, Tawny Nurse Sharks, Lemon Sharks, Silver Tip Sharks, Bull Sharks and Tiger Sharks. Back at the resort, enjoy low and high tide swimming right off the beach, more snorkelling, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.

Beachfront Safari Bure: These glamping style bures feature canvas walls and roof, an open air tropical bathroom and outdoor shower and private garden with a hammock. Room size is 34m². Bedding is 1 Queen Bed. An extra adult can be accommodated on a single couch bed or children can be accommodated on bunk beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.
Beachfront Bure: Relax on the deck with stunning beach and Yasawa Island views. Ideal for couples, honeymooners and families, these bures feature an outdoor tropical bathroom. Room size is 24m². Bedding is 1 Queen Bed. An extra adult can be accommodated on a single bed or children can be accommodated on bunk beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults OR 2 Adults & 2 Children.
A compulsory daily meal plan includes a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and 3 course dinner. Dishes feature a selection of international and Fijian inspired cuisine with some produce grown in the resort's own garden. Feast on delicious fresh fish, locally sourced from the Yasawa Islands.

Barefoot Kuata Island Resort is accessible by boat transfer from Port Denarau, taking approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. The scenic transfers travel through the Mamanuca Islands before arriving at the Yasawa Islands.
