Very friendly staff that made you feel welcome the whole time we were there.
The Hilton is just amazing. From start to finish, the staff are warm and welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, cleaned superbly with daily servicing and toiletries supplied. The breakfast buffet is incredible. We only dined one night at Maravu but is was wonderful. Other nights we grabbed light bites and Koro or Novu, again great food and wonderful service. The six pools, one adults only, gives lots of space so you never feel crowded.

Our stay at The Hilton Denarau was amazing! From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The variety of food was great! The accomodation was so beautiful! Highly recommend!
It was so lovely to be back at Hilton and see many familiar faces. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay made all the more special by the amazing staff. A special thank you to Lamba @ Nuku, Lusi @ Nuku bar and Mika and all the cleaning staff who attended to our needs in our room.

Pulling up to the Hilton we were hesitant. The reception area doesn't have the 'wow' factor of the Sheraton, Radisson Blue or Sofitel but boy once on the other side, the Hilton and it's amazing staff deliver.
Staff: nothing is too much trouble. Fijians are just beautiful people and the staff at the Hilton were always helpful, professional and fun. From the front reception staff to the maintenance staff they were always prepared to offer supreme service to the guests.
Accommodation: We stayed in a one bedroomed, beach front with pool apartment. The 'Happy Birthday' card and cupcakes when we arrived were a delightful touch. The room was cleaned every day and the different animal towel designs always kept us entertained. The room was spotless and spacious. The kitchen had everything; cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. Water was stocked daily as was milk.
Facilities: The Hilton caters for everyone. Couples, families, individuals ..... We are a couple in our fifties and it was great to take advantage of the adults only area. The pool is beautiful. Placed in front of the restaurant it is wonderful to sit beside in the morning over breakfast. The pool loungers and tables are always kept clean and tidy and you couldn't ask for better service from the staff at the pool bar. We did venture up to the other pools one day and one evening. Same experience here. And the nightly entertainment was fantastic. The entertainment and daily activities staff were friendly, fun and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to spend time with guests.
Dining: To be honest, we only ate breakfast and had room service once. Quite frankly, you didn't need much more food. However, the buffet breakfast was fully stocked, fresh and truly tempting. Juices, smoothies, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, cooked breakfasts, omelettes etc. A fresh bar service also. Again, the staff was just lovely. The room service was timely and fresh. We both ordered salads which were plentiful and filling.
We would definitely return here. The Hilton stands for its not all about the outer or first appearances but what is on the inside. Thank you Hilton and staff.

Everyone at the resort were outstanding with the friendly nature and exceptional service. I travelled with my elderly parents and they went above and beyond to support us. The room was lovely and always kept clean, and I love that you get a separate living area to the bedroom.
The property is very large so the complimentary on-site bus service to get around is fantastic.
The adults only area was exceptional and a great idea to cater for people not travelling with children.

Nice room and view. The Hilton is very spread out here and its a long walk to get from one end to the other. The Bula bus is provided.
The Hilton was overall a great experience. There were a few issues with our room but overall I can't fault it. The people were all super friendly and very hospitable and the food options at the hotel were great.
Our family loved the Hilton Beach Resort & Spa. The 2 bedroom beach front room was perfect for our family of four, with lots of space for everyone, well appointed, beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset and super comfy beds. Dining was also great with the buffet breakfasts and dinners as well as great pool side service. Great entertainment at the Fijian Buffet Night! The beach was nice, not postcard perfect, but a nice backdrop for the pools. Super great location, only 15-30 minutes from the airport and walking distance from Port Denarau or a $7- cab ride. Pizza's from the CAFE were also great. The staff were by far the best part! Nothing was to much trouble and they could not have been more welcoming and caring and every time you passed a staff member you got a friendly 'BULA' and a huge smile! A special shout out to the Pool Side crew Freddy, Chad and Mesake who made the days so much fun for our kids! I've read comments regarding the rooms and being tired and the rating needs adjustment, remembering you are not in New York or Paris, for Fiji this is a five star resort and we would definitely book here again. Vinaka Hilton for a great stay!
We so enjoyed ourselves on all levels. Only comment of observation would be regarding dining, we found waiting for a while for our food and our food coming together... At the Nuku and Koro restaurants. The Asian restaurant was fine...

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. The service was really exceptional, everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home. The layout of the resort is great, rooms are spread out and feel very private. The family pool was amazing with a toddler (lots of shallow areas) and there were plenty of loungers to relax on. Grounds/ pool were immaculately kept. The Nuku breakfast buffet was great, so much variety and we especially enjoyed the cook to order station that changed menu daily. Mavaru restaurant was really good (dinner only) and the deli was really good quality and a nice cheaper option for lunch. Also very easy to organise a nanny to use the kids club ( kids under three) and really inexpensive 8fjd an hour.
Rooms are a little worn/showing wear and tear (but freshly painted), but were really well set up, clean and really functional for a family ( laundry, patio, kitchen, bath, seperate bedroom). Would come back for sure, a wonderful place for a family to stay
This place is huge with lots of pools and adult areas, great dining options as well. Highly recommend

Your 2bedroom penthouse apartments are superb ... spotlessly clean, large bedrooms with separate bathrooms, all facilities that you need in an apartment ... bonus is the very large wrap around terrace providing views of the ocean and the Viti Levu hinterland. We felt very private and secure ... unlike some other properties on Denerau, plenty of space between apartments and hotel rooms. Hilton Staff very friendly and professional. Our only suggestion would be to modernise your reception area. We look forward to our next visit to Hilton at Denerau.

Overall our stay at the Hilton was amazing. I recommend the Adult only restaurant Koro, the food was amazing, the buffet breakfast every morning was delicious and great selection of food offered.
Everyone who worked at the Hilton were extremely nice and friendly, their service was outstanding and and they all work very hard.
My only suggestion is there is not a lot of choices to watch on tv a movie selection would have been nice, I was sick four days out of my stay and could not leave the room much and found myself bored being stuck in the room with not a lot to watch.
Found the dink’s very pricey, if the drinks were cheaper we wouldn’t have went to Port Denarau every night for there happy hour as the restaurants there had great deals. Only drank and ate at Hilton 2 nights out of our 6 night stay because of this.
Other than that great stay and would recommend the Hilton.
The service was just amazing and the resort is huge and so so beautiful. Many options of foods and drinks, bus to get around available all the time, beautiful pools (including one only for adults). Loved our stay!

Fiji is a second home for us, we love weather, the amazing people and great locale. Cannot recommend the Hilton anymore. Provides a great base to the islands, the marina is nearby and the facilities are beautiful. 4th time and will be back again.

Great time had by all.
The people were amazing. We were there for my nephews wedding. Everything was fantastic including the weather. The staff were so helpful and always on hand to give a hand if there was a problem.
The Resort Bula Bus was a god send as the Resort is so spread out and I was travelling with my elderly mother so being able to catch the bus to the pool or wherever we wanted to go was great
The hotel was was good as you would expect from Hilton. The holiday was made even better by the the superb staff. Always attentive and so genuinely friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a great holiday at the Hilton again, alot more families this time and hard to get a sun lounge around the pool at times but still a lovely place.
For a 5 star resort we thought that the rooms were very basic and the hotel a little sterile. The buffet breakfast we had was almost cold on both mornings we stayed there. We ate in the Asian restaurant on the first night and the food was very average although quite expensive and again, the food almost cold by the time it reached our table. We did however receive 5 star service when checking in. We arrived at the Hotel before 7 am and the staff member changed our room to an Ocean Room so that we could get into the room straight away, this was really great as we were so tired.. The views from the room were amazing.
The staff in the hotel were wonderful. Full marks for allowing us to check into our room before 7 am at no extra cost. We also got changed to an ocean view room which was lovely.
We visited other resorts while we were in Denaru..Hilton is one of the latest addition , so its much better than other resorts (every resort was so damn good).. and the pools thy had adults only on one side and family/kids one on other side which was wonderful..Kids club was full on entertainment for kids.. Overall we had great time staying in Hilton 6nights.. Staffs were very friendly and always ready to help.
My husband and our 2 year son recently stayed at The Hilton for 5 nights. The hotel grounds were so well maintained and the pool are and restaurant always clean. Our room did smell smoky from previous guests when we first arrived, but the smell went quickly. The room was a very generous size and the facilities inside the room top quality. The staff were so friendly and more than accommodating to help with any queries and book day trips etc. We did find that eating at the hotel restaurants was expensive, as was room service, but quickly learnt that eating at The Marina local restaurants/cafes was much more affordable. Overall a really terrific hotel which we will definitely stay at again and are even planning our next trip.
Absolutely the best weather ,The room we had was the bomb, views are awsome and location is great .The breakfast is the best anything you want , couldnt ask for more with friendly staff.
What a wonderful stay!! A much deserved holiday made all the more worthwhile with the exceptional layout of the resort. Access to all things needed and great staff always prompt, helpful and on hand. Genuine smiles and service. Of course we would love more dining options... perhaps another restaurant... However, the service, food quality were wonderful both at breakfast and the new thai restaurant.
Room service was efficient. Any issues we raised were taken care of within minutes which were minor compared to the wonderful time spent there and the rest and relaxation we experienced. Considering we had a 5month old baby, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Great number of activities for all ages. Thank you all for allowing our family to bring home some special memories. xo
Just spent a week at the Hilton with the kids and was overall happy with the resort and in particular their staff who are just fantastic from the grounds staff through the hard working waitresses housekeepers to the guys entertaining both kids and adults alike.

Hilton is a great location on denereau. Rooms were roomy and well appointed.
Most rooms have ocean views. Good location. Plenty of activities for children, Meal and bar prices expensive.
We had a fabulous time. Service was great and experience. The whole trip to fiji was very well organised and exceeded expectations.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and genuinely want you to have a good holiday. Food is pretty good for Fiji. Rooms are very spacious and the best feature. Some are getting a bit tired but the space and views balance that out. Ask for a room close to the pool to avoid a long walk to the central facilities. Kids club is really good with activities changing every 30 minutes, there are also poolside activities kids can join into if they choose. Two good restaurants is nice and walking distance to many others. Beach is not great and swimming only really in the pool. Overall a good resort for the area and better than most of them (equal to the Sheraton Villas).
We had a great time. I would recommend the Hilton to anyone. The staff were very friendly, food great everything was just fantastic. My partner said I would like to come back here again. Now thats praise.

This was our 17th trip to Fiji and our 3rd time at Fiji Hilton. It's a beautiful resort filled with beautiful staff all over. Highly recommend this resort for everyone.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stays at the Hilton. Great staff, good dining options, and excellent modern rooms. I especially enjoyed the excellent deli (done properly and not a half hearted effort like other hotels), and the Kids Club.
Also, other properties on Denarau charge outrageous amounts for food. Whilst not cheap, the Hilton is definitely better value than elsewhere.
I recommend getting a room near reception as the properly is very long, although they have a lot of buggies to collect you.
We will definitely return.
The Hilton is an ideal place to stay for a relaxing break. A large Adults only pool area was excellent well separated from the children's pools. It could have done with more shade over the pool. The staff we wonderful and friendly. We dined at 2 of there restaurants both we very good. Our 40th wedding anniversary was acknowledged with a card and a bottle of wine left in our room and our bed beautifully decorated with a congratulatory message. Such a lovely surprise!

We stayed at the Hilton Fiji as a layover on our way to an island resort. Everything was as you would expect from a Hilton hotel with good service from attentive staff.
Hi, was an awesome stay right from the upgrade to the great kids club who looked after our 15 month year old twins so well. Mary and all the other cool folk in the kids club, thanks so much for all your help, our boys had a great time. Everything was great, the view from the room was awesome and with 2 bedrooms we had lots of room! everyone was really chilled :)
It is a well laid out property with great suites. It doesn't feel crowded even though there are quite a few rooms in the hotel. Appreciated having two restaurants serving good food and not a buffet in sight for lunch or dinner. Pools are great, well thought out, finished and located. The family pools are excellent and don't feel like a lesser version of the adult pools.
What can I say. A much needed family holiday with a newborn. A place that makes you feel more than welcome, friendly, hospitable, personalized.
Many people said things will be on Fiji time... However for us we always found that things were a wonderful pace and we were never made to wait long... They were efficient. The staff were detailed and the restaurants/ poolside food worth the money. Convenience of location and all the amenities on site greater than other resorts.
Staff were highly attentive and always willing to give advice on many different subjects and most importantly for local experiences.
Let's not pretend, we had a few minor issues in our room, but within minutes of our call... 4 or 5 staff from different departments came to resolve them all ... Very politely. They were even considerate of our sleeping baby. Also for the inconvenience ... Management more than made up for it.
A great place to stay ... Civilized and classy. We will back every year for a much needed relaxing break. Ps if you don't have kids... The adults only pool side looked to be a completely different vibe! So there is room for all experiences.
Ps be sure to get a massage in the poolside spa pavilion !

Adults only breakfast dinning area and pool are great. Villas on the beach where perfect, they looked much better than the other hotels on the island.
Room was awesome and had two bathrooms and separate bedrooms. DVD players and a washing machine and dryer as well as a full kitchen!

Such a perfect family stay. So easy and wonderful, we didn't really have to leave the hotel. This children's menu was excellent, and the carers at kids club and babysitting were perfect for our young boys. It's our second stay in two years and we will be back again next year.

We have had 3 holidays in Fiji now and have returned to this resort every time as the service is perfect, friendly and so extremely welcoming. We have stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean front apartments which are amazing. Highly recommended

We had not been to Fiji for a number of years and we had forgotten how beautiful it was. The resort was right on the beach which we swam in everyday - although I note most prefer to use the pool. We opened our ranch sliders every morning to see the sun rise over the grass and sea. We cooked in our apartment every night and used the bbq which was provided. The staff were wonderul and genuinely seemed to want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast buffet could be improved upon but everything else was fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.

Thouroughly enjoyed out stay, the hospitality was fantastic. After looking at some of the other resorts while we were there we felt that we had picked the best resort for us, it was spacious and the outlook over the ocean from every vantage point was fantastic. We will visit again.
Our room was at ground level very close to all ammenities. Room 110. Perfect we loved it. I need walking stick and very easy to move around with excellent service using buggy for longer distances Fijians were so helpful and always so happy.
Great hotel.
We loved the style and design, the room with it's open bathroom looked amazing. The restaurants serve real fine dining and the breakfast buffet at nuku was superb, cooked breakfast at maravu restaurant took too long but could have been just that day. Private dinner at the beach is served right in front of both restaurants and we would have loved to book one of those but did not do it because we think it needs far more privacy to be a real "private dinner". We would suggest they shift it a bit further done the beach. Overall though the hotel was fantastic with lovely staff!
Much deserved break for all the family and the resort lived up to all our needs. Great place for a family to visit very clean and lovely resort.

Denarau beaches aren't that nice... But the Hilton facilities made up for it. After a couple of Bula Bus rides past the other hotels at Denarau, and a visit to the Sofitel and the Sheraton - we were so so glad we chose the Hilton.
The 1 bedroom villas are perfect for a couple with up to 2 small children... And the washing machine/dryer was a great added touch.
We will definitely be back to the Hilton next year...
It is the best rated hotel in fiji and it is tremendously spacious. We stayed in beachfront studio and it had every scenic beauty I wanted to see. Hotel is exactly in front of the sea. Next to Denarau port and shopping market. Excellent service, food, ambience, view, staff and also best place for children. Bula Bula

Enjoyed our stay and activities with Adrenalin. Sometimes adults/ teen activities didn't take place but it was relaxing and staff were attentive. Waiting times at dinner could be up to an hour but the food was good.
We stayed in 3 bed penthouse which was spectacular. the resort is beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay. The children were entertained poolside all day which meant we could relax and wind down.
Loved everything about this hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful, location perfect, food in all restaurants fantastic and room is as expected and very clean.

This property was amazing - when you first turn up, you immediately start to relax.
The staff were nice and the resort was 5 star. We really loved how every room faced the water.
The pools were beautiful and there were a number of them for the kids to play in. They also had kids pool toys freely available for use.
The food was exceptional at both main restaurants. There was also the option for cheaper takeaways from the deli and a convenience store on the grounds. We recommend the BBQ cooked by a chef on your patio - a lot of food and delicious.
The rooms were modern and well positioned - felt very private and spacious.
Happy Hour was a great idea, however was not really advertised - so make sure you ask. The sunset at happy hour was stunning.
One thing the Hilton needs to focus more on is ensuring that when guests arrive they are made well aware of activities and specials during their stay. There seemed to be all these options open to guests (for a cost) that we were only aware of after they had occurred. We would have been happy to join in and spend the money had we known.
We did walk around all the Denerau resorts and the Hilton looked by far the most modern and well appointed.
We will go back.
Only stayed the one night but it was great.
Taking a family of 6 on holidays is always a challenge, trying to satisfy everyones needs can sometimes be overwhelming. Mum, Dad and 4 kids aged from 2 to 12, its daunting just thinking about it all.
We (Mum) choose the Hilton Fiji as the destination for this years family vacation and it was a perfect fit. We were in the 3 bedroom beachfront apartment with our own pool. When you have a big family and living in the country space is important, not having neighbours on a daily basis can make for very loud children.
The children swam from sun up to sun down and had the benefit of having our room right there was fantastic. The apartment was very spacious and everyone fitted perfectly. We would recommend the Hilton Fiji to anyone wanting to have a relaxing holiday with a family or a break with friends.
The Fijian staff are always welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasure to be on holidays in Fiji and we will be back again.
My husband and I had a lovely relaxing stay. Prices were not as cheap as I expected fiji to be but the quality was worth paying for. Staff were lovely.

Had the most amazing time in Fiji with 3 of my best friends! Our stay @the Hilton was amazing we felt very welcomed and loved at the Hilton. Everyone that worked there were very lovely, beautiful smile & always greeting you "BULA". The boys that dropped us to our room everyday in the buggies were the best, very funny & loved hanging with them. Always looked out for us over there! It made our holiday so much more special! Thanks to everyone @ the Hilton we are def coming back to stay there with our families!!
After over 20 stays with the Sheraton, we decided to try a new location and we were very surprised by the great service and hospitality offered at the Hilton. We have found a new place to stay and would recommend anybody to try.
Hotel was perfect. Location beautiful. Friendly staff. Family friendly but also ideal for couples. Cannot fault the resort in any way. A+

Relaxing family holiday. Kids club was wonderful, my 3yr old loved it! Staff were so helpful and friendly. They catered well for all ages, we have 3 children 19yr, 16yr and 3yr.

Westernmost 3 bedroom villa was superb in its layout, location, facilities and privacy.

We had one of the beach front villas with private pool. Accommodation was first class combined with the fantastic and dedicated staff at the resort (nothing was too much trouble), made our stay magic and unforgettable. Only regret is that we could not have stayed a little longer :-).

This hotel was a lovely surprise! They made up our baby's cot beautifully with his own towel, baby bib and special toiletries pack. The attention to detail was perfect. The hotel and scenery was so beautiful and the staff were amazing!
We took our parents for a christmas holiday and ca not speak highly enough of the staff at the Hilton. This was our 6th trip to Fiji and to the Hilton and each time we have made to feel like family.
I would highly recommend the penthouse suites. Our 3 bedroom benthouse along with outdoor areas was almost as big as my house. It just missed having its own pool

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Penthouse Suite. The penthouse was over two floors with the 2nd bedroom/bathroom and laundry downstairs, and the living area, kitchen and master bedroom upstairs. The space was enormous, bigger than many houses. The dining table seated 12!! The water views were spectacular and available from every window as the Hilton is on a peninsular. There was even an evening turn down service complete with chocolates. To summaraize: Luxury indulgence!
We had a great stay and would return. This is growing into a large spread out resort, but still manages to provide friendly efficient service, typical of Fiji. Some of the charges for food and drinks can be a little high, but having said that the quality is certainly there. The stand out factor are the hotel staff....just fantastic!
This resort has it right! The apartment was beautiful and loads of space. The service was wonderful. The kids had a ball at kids club and the activities around the pool and the food was great. For a 5 star resort the prices are not too bad either. Highly recommend this place!

The Fiji Beach Resort and Spa Managed by Hilton is simply called The Hilton in Fiji. It's a smaller resort with a few facilities available for guests. The resort and rooms are beautiful, but the resort leans towards being a (fantastic) resting place between visits to tourist attractions. The Marina, Nadi, and a great variety of tourist attractions are nearby.
The staff at the resort make an effort to remember all the guests names, are very friendly, and attend to the needs of guests with a true sense of enjoyment of their work. Cleaning staff will check rooms for cleanliness up to three times each day.
Prices within the resort are fairly high, but there are a number of cheaper alternatives within a $5 taxi ride away (walking distance).
We enjoyed our stay and the pools were great. The setting of the hotel strung out along the beach with lovely views is the best thing about the resort and different from the other Denarau resorts. Very quiet and relaxing but still very accessible to the rest of the resort.
We were very impressed with the room, and especially liked the bathroom!
Stayed in September for 6 nights with 8 and 5 year old girls. Service by staff simply second to none. Happy, helpful staff who were very happy to go the extra mile with just about anything. Accommodation of 2 bed beachfront was fabulous. Super clean, wonderful amount of space and patio with daybed, bbq and outdoor table well thought out. Food was great, good choices for both adults and kids. Booked our next visit for same time next year. Can highly recommend it!
What a great resort.Loved the 1bedroom villa overlooking the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the dim sum lench menu on the weekend.

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the resort. One little area for improvement is the time it takes to a get your meal once it has been ordered. It often took a while- and this can make thing very difficult when you have small children. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful. The nannies were great.

Resort location is just perfect! The patio of our ground floor villa overlooked the ocean and was just 30 seconds from the beach. The included full buffet breakfast was fantastic. The food in both restaurants was delicious with choices to suit everyone. Our only complaint with the restaurants was that alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were very expensive.
The pools need some additional shade. Additionally there should be a restriction on guests putting their towels on the sun loungers and leaving them on unattended loungers all day.
All in all the resort is fantastic and we plan to visit it again very soon.
We have both been to Fiji several times before but this was our first time at Denarau. We loved it and were very pleased with the Hilton Hotel, beautiful setting and great food, the best I have had in Fiji and that includes the Hotel Intercontinental! Hopefully we will be going back next year. Beck, the taxi driver in the red car was excellent, very polite and friendly.
A very comfortable and pleasant place to base yourself. The separate pool areas meant that even though the resort is kid friendly, as a couple without children we were still able to achieve peace and quiet.

Great being able to have a child free breakfast at the Asian restaurant(new), Adults only pool was great too. Requests made for side by side rooms(with friends)at time of booking and 1st night before we departed for Blue Lagoon Cruise ignored when it was possible, we did get get it after considerable fuss. Wifi a little unreliable. Massage special fantastic,porters were fabulous in particular Moli. The resort was full but did not feel like it. This was our 2nd stay and we will definitely be back as overall we LOVED it!
We had excellent holidays at Fiji Beach Resort & Spa Managed by Hilton. Location of the resort and services were excellent. Two bed room Beachfront was good. Main bed room was very good but there is some amendment require to do in second bed room. Like it does not have proper vanity in bathroom, dryer etc.
There is room to improve for food choice in resort's restaurants. More choices can be added.
Breakfast was very good.
Rest everything was very good. Swimming pools are really good.

This resort exceeded our expectations. The one bedroom apartment was magnificent and had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of, even a coffee mating, washing machine and dryer in the room. The attention to detail was also excellent with a turn down service each evening while we were out at dinner. The spa was amazing, we had a couples massage, the buffet breakfast was very nice but the main restaurant was the only thing that let the resort down. We ended up eating at the Sofitel and the Raddison next door as their restaurants were excellent. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.
This was my second stay at this Fiji Beach Resort and unfortunately on this occasion I was a little disappointed. We were greeted in the usually Fijian friendly way but when we got to the reception it was a really slow process. There was only 2 staff members working behind the counter which meant the check in process was less than ideal with people standing around waiting. It took about 45 minutes from the time we got there to when we got into our room.
Aside from that the room was lovely and spacious.
The food was OK - the main meals were nice but once you got to desert you were a little let down. I had a brownie on one occasion and it was overcooked and dry and a cheesecake on another and it was tasteless.
The spa is a highlight and the have actually moved the kids club to another area and expanded the spa space. They have a great range of treatments on offer and the technicians are fantastic.
I would probably recommend the resort more for adult couples/groups/friends etc. over families. Although there are a number of children there looking like they are having a great time, I feel like it has a better adult environment.
On positive note I did address my concerns with the manager and received a response the following day offering a complimentary room upgrade on my next stay.
Stayed in the one bedroonm deluxe villa with shared pool which was very nice ...didnt have to fight to get a spot at the big pool..would highly recommend

Stayed the first night of our Fiji trip at the Hilton in Denarau and it was great for the short time we were there. Good staff, fantastic room and a very good breakfast that was included in the rate. Would go back there again the next time we visit one of the islands as a starting point for the trip.

Stayed only two nights. The rooms were really nice. Comfortable Bed, great bathroom including deep freestanding bath and pleasant outlook.
The pools and restaurants were nice, food really good although not cheap.

The beach there is not great, go to the islands if you want tropical clear water.
We loved the resort and found it hard to book day trips as we wanted to stay in the resort pool most of the time. The staff were amazing and helpful and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.
We atayed 10 nights in a one bedroom deluxe and the rooms are fantastic. We loved our stay and would recommend it for anyone, the only downsides were that it maybe could use a nice restaraunt and that you may sometimes find yourself waiting for extended periods for a drink from the bar. Having said that i understand that the Hilton is in the process if expanding hugely and there are plenty of options at te nearby resorts for food thanks to the Bula Bus. The staff were excellent and we made use of the nanny service for our 20 month old which you could not fault, the ladies were lovely! thanks for a great holiday Hilton!
This resort was lovely and the staff were all helpful. Philip at the front desk made us feel welcome immediately. The food is pretty pricy however but was very tasty. The location of this close to the marina means easy access to water sports, and cruises etc but also means most people don't use the beach (although we did). The pools are ok and there seemed to be plenty of activities available to families. Cocktail tasting night was a highlight as well as the AMAZING massage at the spa.

It was the best family holiday we have ever had. The staff were so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The facilities were great and our room was 5 Star. The food was brilliant (however tended to overeat). The complaint we have is that the pillows were too soft!
Plan to go back again next year!!!!!
Great resort for couples and families . It not really a young persons place due to the lack of bars/nightlife. The rooms are spacious and the pools are stunning, especially loved the adults only pool and the quietness! We visited the Starwood properties whilst there but found the Hilton by far more superior in every way

After staying at Sonasali, how amazed we were to spend the next four nights at Fiji Beach Resort and Spa. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff were friendly. Close to town and port denarau for day cruises. Would love to go back here again

Despite the recent damage by cyclone Evan, the hotel was functioning well. Items not working in the room were fixed promptly. Food quality was good. Staff were friendly. A very good holiday with my grandsons.

My partner and myself did have a slight issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I will not allow for the mishap to deter us from returning.
In a consideration for improvement, if I may suggest the NUKU restaurant dining menu for eat in dinners were not to my appeal- nor was it a value for money meal. I also conversed with other resort guests and they also agreed that the food and diner menu options were at a minimal and to a dissatisfaction and would not return for a second time.
Overall it was the perfect holiday I had planne and hoped for.

hi, we have been to fiji 11 times in the last 5 years and i must say this was the 3rd time to the hilton and once we walked in we were so excited. it is by far the best resort in fiji! pool is amazing, food is amazing (especially noodle restaurant, this is my favorite restaurant WORLD WIDE) and i have done some travelling. only suggestion would be for kids club to get more active in the activities and open a little later, never gave my husband and i time to enjoy dinner or a drink after as kids were delivered to us. that was disapointing. other than that!! we are already planing our next stay there. well done. 2 very very satisifed customers and my sister is a travel agent and she has recommended and booked 2 people since our feedback!! OUTSTANDING
The people make this resort. Great for families and though our room was a walk away from the pool and Kids Club the constant run of buggys helped a lot otherwise we didn't mind walking when we had to. Pools are amazing - great size and coped well with the influx of people who came to celebrate New Years. Great buffet breakfast especially the buffet for the children - great idea! Enjoyed a nice dinner at both Maravu and Nuku but got a surprise visit by a gecko which fell in my lap. I almost screamed the restaurant down - so embarassing! Will come back again for sure.
We had a fantastic time at The Fiji Beach Resort and Spa. It had great entertainment each evening ranging from live music to fire shows and frog races. The location of the bar over looking the beach is very picturesque. So is the location of the pool area. We loved spending our evenings at the bar and both the restaurants, all with amazing views of the beach. The service was absolutely fantastic. Loved our studio beachfront room and its view. Loved everything about it especially the bathroom. So modern and contemporary. Despite the fact that Denarau was hit with a category four cyclone just days before we checked in the hotel was in impeccable condition. The only damage was that to the gardens but all facilities and rooms were up and running without any issues when we were there. My only criticism and it's nothing major is that there were no robes made available to us in our room. For a hotel of this stature I expected that. But, as I said earlier, the positives completely outweigh this very minor glitch. Totally recommend this hotel, we can't wait to go back!

We stayed at the Hilton for our second time in 12 months. The staff are exceptional and the children loved it. I would highly recommend it for families.
Overall we were happy with our stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided a good customer service, one suggestion i have is to serve more vegetarian food in the hotel restaurants. Another suggestion is to give new bath towels everyday.
Baby sitting services were excellent! The food was great just not too many choices within the hotel. Also the children's meals were very good. The only real disappointment is the beach.

The apartment was neat and tidy. We liked the large swimming pool. The staff were very friendly. There are some improvement opportunities - shower room tiles need some detergent cleaning. Also, on the first day, we noticed that the bed linen was not changed which we had to call housekeeping at 10pm. However, all in all, we enjoyed our stay & no issue of going back to the resort again.
dining staff were a little slow with asking for Tea and coffee for breakfast, also service to the pool area needs improvement. But we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay

The apartment was great, the pools were good; the food was great, but the price for the food was as expensive as if we had been at home which we weren't aware of until we arrived! I don't know how they can charge so much!
We stayed in November with 3 children (5, 4 & 1) in a 2 bedroom beachfront. The appartment was perfect for us. The kids could run down to the ocean or play in the garden all right at our room. We could watch them from the outdoor area or lounges on the grass. Great for active kids. The new kids club was excellent, staff very friendly although the service was unpredictable. It think it is the norm in Fiji as they are very laid back people. The resort had a very relaxed vibe which a lot of 5 stars don't have. There were no rules about what to wear in the restaurants. Being right on the beach you could come straight in without having to go and change and the kids could play on the beach or grass when they had finished their meals. The food was excellent at all three places, both kids and adults. The water is the only thing that holds this place back from being 10 / 10. There is a lot of seaweed and the water can get a bit merky (I think the island was originally mangrove). Still, the beach is still very attractive to walk along and the outlook across the ocean to the islands is very tranquil. The location on Denarau is great due to the proximity to the marina for dining and tours and taking the bula bus for a look around.

I wouldn't doubt to recommend this hotel and I would come back without hesitation.
The only weak point is the beach. The sand is not as white as expected and when you take a dip you step the seaweeds and the mud which is not very pleasant. So, we got a trip to one of the surrounding islands to spend the day and there we could see the white sand and the cristalline water. Awesome!

Just returned from 9 nights at the Hilton. We had been there last year and thought it was good. But we were even more impressed this time. I am not sure if there is new management, but the food and service were fantastic, and the rooms were really really clean. I was so impressed by the newly opened Kids Club. We will be back and next year and highly rate the Hilton and are recommending ti to others !

Our stay was very relaxing. Very much enjoyed the adults only breakfast that was commenced during our stay. As a couple it's nice to eat breakfast in such a relaxed place with no kids crying.

We just spent a very well earned week with you, travelling with our three kids. We all had such an amazing time. A BIG thank you to your staff who make it so special. They work so hard, are always welcoming and will do anything for you (I appreciate it can't be an easy task pleasing everyone but they are just amazing). My kids said they had the best holiday ever!!!! All the facilities were great, you are certainly doing a great job over in Fiji. We will definitely visit again.
The Fiji Resort & Spa Mgd By Hilton is at the end of the Denaru Island line of Resorts. It is a lovely place and suits both family and couples. There is an Adult only pool area and also one restaurant is Adult only for breakfast only. The day spa is reasonable. If you are looking for somewhere to go and relax I recommend this area.

We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Denarau and were not ready to come home when the time came. It is a beautiful, luxurious resort and whilst the eating prices were expensive, having our children eat free made it more reasonable. We will be watching for special deals with you so we can book our next holiday there. Thank you so much for making our stay there an excellent experience.
