awesome place,away from the busy streets,big spacious room,very friedly staff,wecome drink voucer,buffet breakfast was excellant,love the water and cool towl given on arrival,modern interior in rooms and around,its like heaven on earth,definatly booking them in future,thx cheers
The staff were all amazing. Everyone was friendly and always offered assistance.
Being off peak, only the back end of the hotel was operational. But we were not lacking for anything. However I would love to see the whole place open.
Koko at the front reception was especially helpful.
We had the best experience here. the staff, from the lobby, reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, pool and even the gardening staff always acknowledged us with a smile and polite greeting and they bent over backwards to accomodate us and make our stay a pleasant experience. the food was beyond fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. our 2 teenagers made use of the free wifi, the pool and the gym.
