My husband and I stayed at Mamaka for 5 nights. We stayed in one of their Garden Terrace rooms which was beautiful. It had two sun chairs out in the garden, the bathroom was beautiful and the room was super stylish!
The bed was a bit hard, but you get used to it after a few nights!
They don't have phones in the rooms for room service etc but upon arrival/check-in they assist you with downloading the Mamaka by Ovolo app which allows you to order room service, order extra amenities such as more still water, towels etc. You can also use the app to book a specific day and time you'd like your room to be cleaned, otherwise you can just leave the sign on your door and they'll clean your room when they do their daily rounds!
The pool is beautiful and has such an amazing view of Kuta Beach! Kuta Social Club is up on the roof top and is open to all visitors who stay in the hotel and also to the public! Would highly recommend getting the fresh coconut and the mango nectar, so refreshing to have by the pool!
Our breakfast was included and the staff are so friendly and attentive! They have a wide variety of breakfast options, our favourite was definitely the Eggs Benedict!
Overall it was an amazing experience and a beautiful hotel! Would highly recommend staying at Mamaka and we would definitely stay again!
We highly recommend the MAMAKA and would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location opposite Kuta beach and close to everything. The staff were amazing and could not help us enough. We had breakfast included every morning and were happily greeted by the friendly barista and waitstaff who went above and beyond to ensure that each dining experience did not disappoint! We ate at each of the restaurants within the hotel and enjoyed every meal. The rooftop pool is like an oasis with spectacular views of Kuta beach and beyond. The rooms are of a high standard and the room service was amazing. The gym was extremely well equipped and we used it on several occasions. Looking forward to coming back again and again!!!!
Nestled right on Kuta beach road approximately half way between The Beachwalk Shopping Centre and Melasti corner, this cute little hotel has it all. (Except anywhere to hang your wet bathers!) Rooms have everything you need, extensive breakfast menu including barista made coffee.
Rooftop bar and pool awesome which becomes Kuta Social Club in the evenings with great DJs.
Staff very friendly. Self service laundry was a bonus but sometimes hard to snag a machine as very popular.
Overalll we'd stay again
