Can't fault anything, staff are excellent, to answering all you questions to giving great advice on things to do in the area, room serviced everyday, depending what you like to do a 5-10 min walk to restaurants, great location if you are into nightlife, but nice restaurants if you won't a quiet dinner.Citadines is a lovely clean resort.
Interesting hotel architecturally, very modern and clean ... loved the sky pool. All the staff are wonderful and the service 6 star. The breakfast buffet is amazing ... we loved it all !!! Oh yeah... great cocktails too
Food and service was perfect! Great location with access to many restaurants and cafes. Rooftop pool was a great feature with an amazing view.
Definitely would recommend to others and great value for money.
My husband and I Had a great stay here. Staff were amazing. Roof top bar is a great place to watch sunset with a cocktail. 10 minute walk to Finns , Atlas and other restaurants. 5 minute walk to Berrawa beach. Turn left at beach and walk up to the black templ on the beach. If you turn right and walk up the steps, lots of places to eat along the cliff, or walk up the Main Street and lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend a stay at Citadines. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. My husband got great surf at Berrawa and Canguu every day.
Have never been to Canguu and was very pleasantly surprised. Great spot for those who love to walk.

Citadines is one of the best hotels in Bali. If you want to have a good time please stay in their hotel.
The staff is super friendly, food is awesome, breakfast is worth it every day. They have a infinity pool at the rooftop which the water is not super cold and the sunset view from there is stunning.
We are super happy to recommend Citadines to everyone, if you are a couple is awesome to have a chill time. If you are with your family there is many things to do and if you are single all the beach clubs are nearby.
We hope to stay in Citadines again soon.

Relaxed friendly vibes. Staff are amazing.
Great hotel. Amazing roof pool with an "earth pool" when it gets a little breazy. A little walk to the main road, but this seems to be the norm in Canggu based on their road layout. Sunset and beach views from the rooftop pools wre incredible. Desk staff and restaurant staff knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Rooms clean and modern.

Had the best stay at Citadines! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size, everywhere is spotless! Loved the rooftop pool and bar, great happy hour and choice of drinks. Also had a massage included in our package which was a bonus treat for our stay. Food is more on the basic side but lots of affordable cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!
The very best part of our stay were the incredible staff members. We were made to feel so special! We also absolutely loved the rooftop bar/pool - again, staff were incredible and the views were spectacular.
Really clean and well appointed rooms with everything you need. Breakfast buffet was great, good variety and plenty of seats. 2 pools are excellent, hard to get a chair on the rooftop one somedays but the view is a 10/10. Depending on where you room is it can get very noisy at night with the nightclubs and night construction. I just used ear plugs at night and was fine. Walking distance to beach and heaps of restaurants. It is a great valie place to stay.
Air conditioning excellent. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet good in that it changes daily. Pool areas well layed out. We read a couple of negative reviews prior to our visit, and they proved to be untrue/unfair.

We enjoyed our stay, and staff were fantastic. It was situated in a party area, so if you love a party, this is in that area. A lot of construction happening around the hotel, so as quiet as was expecting. But overall we had a great time. Thank you to your wonderful staff.

This hotel was a lot more than I expected. The whole facility is clean, hygenic & freshly serviced daily. The staff are most accomodating, greeting you every step of your way. Both pool areas are comfortable & relaing atmospheres. Nothing is too much for any staff member.
Breakfast is reasonable but requires more Western influence. The variety does not change much at all making for some breakfast morning boring & not full-filing. More variety with cereals, yogurts & hot food should be applied.
