I can't express in words how good our stay was at Crest resort. From the moment we arrived, till the moment we left the staff and their service was just impeccable. The rooms were beautiful, clean and so well equipped. Breakfast was amazing with vast variety. You were always greeted with a smile and they were ready to help at any time. I rate this place a 100/10 overall! Thank you for making our holiday so beautiful. We will definitely be back!
Excellent hotel, the hotel is spotless clean. The rooms are very spacious and have great facilities. The reception staff were very nice and friendly, they always had a smile one their faces and always said hello. There was a great variety of Breakfast. There is a shuttle bus to patong which is very handy but a taxi on bolt is only 200 Baht. Our cleaner Saw was just spectacular and was so lovely. All the staff from service staff to bar staff to the reception staff were a pleasure to deal with and made our stay so special.The views from this hotel were spectacular. We even booked an extra night and stayed in one of the deluxe bungalows/villas with private pool which was just amazing. We can't wait to return to this hotel, by far our best stay in Thailand. Great value for money.
