exceptional hotel unexpected delight very happy reception team
An unexpected delight as the hotel is one of the older places. The upkeep of the hotel is obvious and the daycore very modern. The optional breakfast and canapas was exceptional, the menu from both breakfast and afternoon is extensive, you could have it for dinner if you wished. The position is right next to the Marlin Marina and is a short walk to the waterfront eateries next to the very large public pool.
An ideal spot for couples with a balcony view on the M level.

Fabulous!
Love staying at the Shangri-La Cairns, the staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is amazing as are the staff. The location is perfect, central to everything and the rooms are functional and well appointed. Highly recommending staying at the Shangri-La.
