Fabulous staff
Hotel has an ageing charm they have updated rooms and parts of resort. Gardens are beautiful but some of the infrastructure is showing its age. Staff are amazing as is the general manager . Our first room was noisy from air con units from hotel next door. We were asked at breakfast on the first morning was everything good when we said the room was noisy they instantly organised a new room. Never seen such prompt service from a hotel they were so gracious and generous . It feels like the old hotels like the raffles in Singapore where the staff have been there forever and all really care about the service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Stay at Burasari Phuket
We had an amazing stay at Burasari in Patong and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.
The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Every time we walked past, they greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. A special shout-out to the bar staff, who were always friendly and looked after us so well.
Our pool access room was definitely worth it and made the holiday even more enjoyable. The room was cleaned every day, and the minibar was restocked daily, which was a lovely touch.
The food was also a standout, especially the Thai pizza—we loved it so much we ordered it three times! We also had a massage at the resort, which was a great way to relax.
Thank you to the whole Burasari team for making our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back.

Thai Holiday
Staff at Burasari were amazing we could not fault them. Options for breakfast catered for all cultures, we had dinner there a couple of nights traditional Thia meals were very good. Bar has a daily cocktail and afternoon canapes. Rooms were very clean, bedding was comfortable and linen/towels were excellent. There are 2 pools to swim in however both had limited sunbeds and we noted that sunbeds were "reserved' with towels from early in the morning and there is nowhere else to sit by either pool. If booking, best to reserve a pool access room. Short walk to Patong beach and 10m mins up to Bangla road.
