Good location
Wifi was down for room guests which was annoying but the staff provided us with daily visitor access codes. It’s an older style hotel but was comfortable. The cleaners were obliging when my friend asked to get the bathroom cleaned a bit more. Overall good stay.

Great hotel!
Excellent hotel, very nice and professional staff. Always here to help with everything,bat any time of the day/night. Walking distance to Queenstown centre, transportation available from the hotel, perfect when carrying heavy snow gear! Would totally recommend this hotel!
